The Horizon restaurant is popular for its themed buffet evenings, and the location being only 5 minutes from the airport is appreciated; however, some guests have mentioned the beach can be windy. slow servicedisinterested staff

I was disappointed by the service and attitude of some staff. one staff member taking our order at the thai restaurant seemed uninterested, and service was slow.. it took a long time for our orders to arrive and he argued with other staff. even though we had full board, we were expected to pay for water, the same water provided free in the room. upon early checkout, no one helped us load our bags into the car. This fell short of expectations.
